Our Designers

Sisters Susan Marie Liao and Kristine Marie Liao-Trenas have always been passionate about arts and design. Susan is a graduate of Interior Design, and Kristine of International Business & Economics, both from the Assumption College in San Lorenzo, Makati. Their design philosophy goes for the simple and elegant yet playful with colors and patterns. Inspired by their mom Marlene, whose personal taste and proclivity for the arts matched her entrepreneurial flair, they decided to fuse their talents to create a sustainable brand as tribute to their beloved province of Antique.

Designs by Marie is tradition + fashion, local yet global in outlook, empowering Antiqueno artisans and supporting their livelihood.
